Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
• 1+ year experience based abroad or working with operations outside of the United States.
• 1+ year of analytical skills including Excel modeling and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive execution plan to implement market requirements for initial market access and rapid growth of operations.
• Track and report on KPIs such as activation timing, product accessibility, and operational health in live markets.
• Guide planning and resource management for specific verticals within Starlink, including development of business models.
• Identify initiatives for improvement of business outlook and lead cross-functional implementation with leadership.
• Lead process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across teams, evolve customer experience, or scale the business.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to build a strong network and ensure compliance.
• Support and educate internal stakeholders on market requirements and timeframes to achieve objectives.
