Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Starlink Global Operations Manager (Country Launch) in Bastrop, TX. You will blend strategic planning with hands-on operations to enable market access and rapid growth, reporting on KPIs and guiding cross-functional teams across markets.

The role requires 4+ years in operations/PM/strategy, international experience, and strong data skills (SQL/Tableau/Power BI). Travel up to 50% and on-site work are expected; ITAR compliance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
• 1+ year experience based abroad or working with operations outside of the United States.
• 1+ year of experience with analytical skills (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, Excel modeling, etc.).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive execution plans to implement market requirements for initial market access and rapid growth of operations.
• Track and report on KPIs such as activation timeliness, product accessibility, and operational health in live markets.
• Guide planning and resource management for specific verticals within Starlink, including business models.
• Identify initiatives for improvement and lead cross-functional implementation with leadership.
• Lead process and system enhancements to improve handoffs, customer experience, and scaled operations.
