Job Summary: Phoenix Laser Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Lathe Operator Machinist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently program, set up, and operate CNC Lathe machines.
• Develop programs from blueprints or 3D Models, adhering to precise tolerances.
• Use Mastercam for programming.
• Interpret drawings and CAD models accurately.
• Identify optimal machining practices.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform first Article inspections.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in GD&T (ANSI Y 14.5).
• CAM experience, preferably Mastercam.
• Modeling experience, ideally Mastercam.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to envision the final product.
• Independent working skills.
• Thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility for various tasks and projects as needed.
• Must be able to program and set up jobs

Required Qualifications:
