Bliley is seeking a Crystal Finisher II with a machining skill set to join a team focused on high-quality products. As a Crystal Finisher II, you'll work with production teams to deliver quality, on time, and collaboratively.

This technical role involves preparing and finishing quartz crystal materials in various assemblies and machining processes. It requires attention to detail, familiarity with quartz materials, small equipment, and following work instructions to ensure product quality. Responsibilities include executing test procedures, troubleshooting defects, and conducting quality assurance checks.

You will work at assembly stations, collaborating with other team members and engineers to meet specifications and ensure products are damage-free and correctly assembled. Bliley offers an entrepreneurial environment within a longstanding company, providing opportunities to develop new skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Execute product Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and troubleshoot faults caused by manufacturing defects.
  2. Document test results and product data as per manufacturing instructions.
  3. Assemble products using instructions, parts lists, drawings, and verbal guidance.
  4. Handle components manually or with small hand tools.
  5. Operate simple equipment as needed.
  6. Solder and de-solder components for assembly.
  7. Maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.
  8. Work at different stations based on production needs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED plus 5+ years of experience.
  • IPC J-STD-001 Certification, including Space Addendum.
  • Ability to read and understand routers, test procedures, and schematics.
  • Excellent instruction comprehension and communication skills.
  • Basic troubleshooting abilities.
  • U.S. Citizen for ITAR compliance.
  • Proficiency in basic math and reading measuring devices.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
