Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lathe CNC Programmer to program, set up, and optimize production on our Eurotech mill-turn machines. This role involves working with dual-spindle, dual-turret lathes to produce high-quality firearm components in both large and small batch sizes.

What You'll Do:

1. Program CNC lathes using Mastercam software.
2. Set up and operate Eurotech mill-turn machines.
3. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes.
4. Maintain quality and precision throughout production runs.

What You Bring:

1. Experience: Extensive experience programming and setting up dual-spindle, dual-turret lathes.
2. Skills: Strong proficiency with Mastercam.
3. Attitude: Detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to produce exceptional work.

What We Offer:

1. Pay: $40-50/hour, with flexibility for highly skilled candidates.
2. Schedule: Flexible day shift (start between 5:00 AM and 6:00 PM).
3. Benefits:

• PTO: Starts at 5 days/year, increases to 10 days after the first year, and grows to 15 days.
• Health Insurance: 70/30 employer/employee split.
