Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency telephone calls and dispatch officers.
• Monitor officers and enter information into dispatcher systems.
• Maintain status and awareness of units and provide information to officers as needed.
• Perform ACIC/NCIC entries and operate CAD/WEBRMS systems.
