Our client, a leading international law firm, seeks a Senior Lateral Recruitment Manager to lead lateral attorney hiring across practice groups in New York. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging senior candidates and managing the end-to-end hiring process.

Applicants should have 6+ years in lateral or legal recruiting, a proven record of placing partners and senior associates, and strong market knowledge along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• 6+ years of experience in lateral recruitment, legal recruiting, or legal search.
• Proven record of placing lateral partners and senior associates.
• Strong knowledge of the legal market and attorney compensation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute lateral recruitment strategies aligned with the firm’s growth goals
• Source, screen, and engage lateral partner and senior associate candidates
• Manage the full hiring process, from first conversation through offer and close
• Advise partners and practice group leaders on market trends and compensation
• Manage relationships with external search firms
• Coordinate with Conflicts, Compliance, Finance, and HR on clearance and onboarding
• Track and report on pipeline and hiring metrics
• Maintain strict confidentiality
