Long John Silver's is seeking enthusiastic Crew Members aged 18+ to join our after‑dinner shifts. Work is fast-paced and focuses on guest satisfaction, order processing, and keeping the dining area clean.

Roles include Customer Service Crew Member and Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member with duties like greeting guests, taking payments, answering menu questions, preparing items, and collaborating with delivery partners. Flexible scheduling and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No prior experience required or specified.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept the guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve all guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with our Delivery Partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by completing general tasks (tables, dishes, floors).
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restocking product and workstations.
• Using kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills).
• Keeping a clean work environment.
