Job summary

Long John Silver's is seeking Crew Members to support after-dinner and late-night service. Shifts vary by restaurant with potential part-time or full-time hours and closing times that differ by location. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help maintain a clean, safe dining area.

No experience is required—reliable transportation is needed. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; entry-level role suitable for all applicants.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must be friendly, positive and able to get along with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly manner.
• Take orders accurately and process payments.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming dining area.
• Coordinate with delivery partners as needed.
• Keep the restaurant clean: wipe tables, wash dishes, sweep and mop floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Assist in preparing ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and keep workstations ready for service.
• Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills).
• Ensure overall cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
