Long John Silver's is seeking Crew Members aged 18+ to work after dinner and late nights. Shifts vary and can start as early as 4:00pm, with locations potentially closing at midnight or later.

You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean, safe dining area in a fast-paced environment. We value friendly, reliable team players who work well with others and with our delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and training materials.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive and friendly demeanor with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in the restaurant.
• Take orders accurately and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable dining area.
• Work well with delivery partners and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items and restock as needed.
