Job summary

Long John Silver's is hiring Crew Members (18+) for after‑dinner and late‑night shifts. Schedules vary by restaurant, with start times as early as 4:00pm and closing times ranging from midnight to 4am depending on location.

As a Crew Member, you will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and keep the restaurant clean. You may work in either the Customer Service or Food/Kitchen role, receive paid training, and have opportunities for advancement in a fast‑paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean area for guests and team members.
• Work well with our Delivery Partners and keep areas clean.
