Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service focused role
• Point of Sale systems experience
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests during their shift
• Support store leadership by maintaining smooth operations and training team members
• Prioritize tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging and cleaning while leading the crew
• Collaborate with the Cookie Crew to ensure efficient service
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and follow food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits during the shift
