Job summary

RREMC Restaurants, LLC is seeking a front-of-house team member to greet and seat guests, take orders, and ensure prompt service. You will assist with desserts and beverages, handle payments, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

The position requires standing for 4–8 hours and flexibility to support team members as needed. Experience is valued, with 3 months in hospitality or similar roles, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Hospitality skills at novice level.
• Clear communication with guests and team.
• Customer service skills with some knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests.
• Records orders and ensures prompt placement of orders.
• Applies suggestive selling techniques to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Prepares desserts and beverages for guests.
• Clears and resets tables and maintains clean dining area.
• Collects payments following cash handling procedures.
• Performs cleaning and stocking side work duties as assigned.
• Periodically assists other service personnel.
• Must be able to stand and walk for a 4–8 hour shift.

• Greets and seats guests.
• Greets guest, applies suggestive selling techniques, records orders, ensures prompt placement of orders, follows up to ensure guest satisfaction, removes unneeded dishes and utensils.
• Prepares desserts and beverages for guests.
• Clears remaining items from tables; cleans and resets tables.
• Collects payment from guests in accordance with established cash handling procedures and adheres to guest check control policy.
• Performs cleaning and stocking side work duties as assigned.
• Periodically assists other service personnel.
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout a 4‑8 hr. shift.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
