Job summary

RREMC Restaurants, LLC is hiring servers to greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. You will apply suggestive selling techniques, prepare beverages, handle payments, and help reset tables between guests. Late night shifts include a differential; training and benefits are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 months preferred.
• Novice level in hospitality and customer service standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing a welcoming first impression.
• Take orders, apply suggestive selling, and ensure prompt service.
• Prepare desserts and beverages for guests as needed.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Collect payments and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Assist other service staff and support duties as assigned.
• Stand and walk for 4–8 hours; follow supervisor instructions.

Our Servers will greet guests and serve food and beverage orders in a friendly and efficient manner following company brand standards. Late night servers receive a shift differential for hours worked from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Job Functions:

• Greets and seats guests.
• Greets guest, applies suggestive selling techniques, records orders, ensures prompt placement of orders, follows up to ensure guest satisfaction, removes unneeded dishes and utensils.
• Prepares desserts and beverages for guests.
• Clears remaining items from tables; cleans and resets tables.
• Collects payment from guests in accordance with established cash handling procedures and adheres to guest check control policy.
• Performs cleaning and stocking side work duties as assigned.
• Periodically assists other service personnel.
• Must be able to stand and walk through out a 4 - 8 hr. shift.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
