Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Ability to work late night shifts (12 AM–3 AM).
• Food handling certificate required.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Remain standing for up to 4 hours.
• Communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and prepared for the shift.
• Follow image and appearance standards.
• Monitor product supply and replenish stock as needed.
• Read order tickets and determine items to prepare.
• Prioritize cooking and preparation times for proper pacing.
• Accommodate guests' special requests.
• Prepare food items using recipes and proper portions.
• Use FIFO to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain high production standards: consistency, firmness, and temperature.

• Use proper cooking equipment to prepare items.
• Keep station surfaces sanitized.
• Assist other employees as needed.
