Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 to serve liquor
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (e.g., ServSafe, TIPs) required
• Food handling certificate a plus
• Fluent in English; speaking, reading, writing
• Ability to perform job tasks with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs and move items up to 50 lbs for distances up to 25 feet

Responsibilities

• Describe and sell all items on the food and beverage menus
• Deliver beverages and food efficiently while maintaining engagement
• Ensure proper plate presentation, portioning and recipe adherence
• Attend to guest needs and maintain a positive experience
• Support and follow management directions and marketing initiatives
