Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a motivated Cookie Crew Member to join our fast-paced bakery team, welcoming guests, baking and packaging warm cookies, and ensuring accurate in-store, pickup, and delivery orders with a friendly, memorable touch.

Evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts are common, and you’ll work with a close-knit team to keep the bakery clean, stocked, and food-safe, delivering a stay-true, “cookie-loved” experience to every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders
• Operate the register and process guest transactions
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs
