Insomnia Cookies in Phoenixville is hiring for Cookie Crew Members to be part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero. You will welcome guests, bake and package cookies, and ensure orders are accurately prepared for in-store, pickup, delivery, and online channels.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to obtain required food safety certifications for location.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to our quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in where the team needs you, restocking supplies or helping a teammate.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency with Shift Leader support.
• Deliver an experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
