LATCHKEY ASSISTANT SITE COORDINATOR (three (3)positions)

REPORT TO: Latchkey Program Coordinator

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

In the Absence of the Site Coordinator:

• Assume Site Coordinator responsibilities.
• The degree of assumption to be determined and pre-arranged at the discretion of the Site Coordinator.
• Be physically present at any parent/employee discussion needing an administrative presence.
• Oversee all disciplinary matters.
• Ensure the continuation of a smoothly operating program.
• Ensure that current procedures and guidelines remain in place.
• Communicate directly with the Program Coordinator regarding concerns.

In the Presence of the Site Coordinator:

• Continue with daily procedures and activities with your assigned group.
• Assist with paperwork as determined by the Site Coordinator.
• Assume site responsibilities as determined by the Site Coordinator.

Areas of permitted assistance include but are not limited to:

• Free/reduced computer input.
• Check preparation (endorsement/grouping/deposit slip entry)
• CCDC attendance entry.
• Projects from the Administrative level requiring individual parental notification.
• Delivery of checks to the Administrative office.

SALARY: Commensurate with experience and eligible for benefits.

($19.85 per hour - Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.)

BENEFITS: Full Time Staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision Benefits. Sick, Personal and Bereavement Days are included.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 10 Months. Appointment by Program Coordinator with the assistance and approval of the Site Coordinator. Appointment is not permanent. The selected person can be changed at the discretion of the Program Coordinator and the Site Coordinator.

VACATION: There is no vacation time allotted to this position.

EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Administrative Personnel.
