Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a LATAM Tax Director to lead the tax function for LATAM operations. This role sets regional tax strategy, governs direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and global minimum tax matters across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.

You will drive compliance, reporting under US GAAP/IFRS, Pillar Two, and CbCR, while partnering with US and global tax teams. Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or related field.
• CPA or equivalent tax qualification preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive international tax experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the LATAM tax strategy, including regional tax plan and governance.
• Establish governance framework for LATAM tax across jurisdictions.
• Document and defend LATAM regional tax positions; exercise independent judgment.
• Own LATAM tax risk profile and recommend action for material issues.
• Anticipate regulatory changes (SAT, AFIP, Receita Federal) and guide responses.
• Oversee LATAM direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Lead Pillar Two/Country-by-Country Reporting for LATAM; file strategy.
• Direct regional tax calendar and ensure audit readiness of filings.
• Serve as tax authority in partnership with US/global teams on LATAM matters.
• Lead tax due diligence for regional M&A and JV projects; assess exposures.
• Negotiate intercompany structures and transfer pricing methodologies.
