Job summary

Ralco Agriculture seeks a Swine Technical Sales Representative for Latin America. Remote role with up to 50% travel, focusing initially on Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Brazil.

Reports to General Manager – Latin America, with heavy emphasis on technical sales and customer support across swine nutrition and health products. You will promote, sell, and provide technical support, driving growth in the region while coordinating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, Swine Nutrition, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in technical sales or advisory roles within animal nutrition or swine production.
• Proven experience in Latin American markets and managing key accounts, distributors, or corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of swine nutrition and animal health products, including diet formulation and feed additives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new customers across the assigned markets.
• Manage and follow up the active customer portfolio to meet volume, margin, and customer-satisfaction targets.
• Prepare and present quotes and technical commercial proposals and negotiate terms with customers.
• Meet and exceed the sales budgets established by country and region.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, congresses, and industry events across the region.
• Train customer teams and distributors on products and their technical applications.

Education

5–7 years of experience in technical sales or technical advisory roles within animal nutrition or swine production

Proven experience in Latin American markets (at least two target countries) and managing key accounts, distributors, or corporate clients

Strong knowledge of swine nutrition and animal health products, including diet formulation, feed additives, functional ingredients, and performance solutions

Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and video-conferencing platforms
