Job summary
Ralco Agriculture is seeking a Swine & Technical Sales Representative for Latin America. The role covers Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Brazil with remote work and up to 50% travel, supporting swine nutrition and animal health products.
You will bridge the technical and commercial teams, develop new customers, and drive growth across the region while delivering market insights and technical support to customers and distributors.
Qualifications
- University degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, Swine Nutrition, or related field.
- 5–7 years in technical sales or advisory roles in animal nutrition or swine production.
- Experience in Latin American markets and managing key accounts or distributors.
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and video-conferencing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers across assigned markets.
- Manage portfolio, meet volume, margin, and customer-satisfaction targets.
- Prepare quotes and technical proposals; negotiate terms with regional management.
- Travel to farm sites for data collection and performance follow-up.
- Collaborate with nutrition and marketing teams on materials and strategies.
