Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Solutions Engineer to explain technical and functional aspects of the platform for post-sales and support pre-sales activities. The role focuses on LATAM and requires fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, with hybrid work options in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL.

You will deliver technical presentations, guide implementations, and collaborate with sales and account management to meet customer needs. The position emphasizes on-call duties and cross‑functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Sales Engineer.
• Proficient in Windows and working knowledge of Linux/Mac.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese; customer-first communication.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to customers and prospects.
• Guide customers through the implementation of the NinjaOne solution.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Work with account management to meet needs of existing customers.
• Maintain a set schedule (8 am – 5 pm) with rotating on-call responsibilities.
• Triage tickets and provide prompt follow-up; troubleshoot Windows-related issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve critical issues and improve future releases.
• Create knowledge base articles and share resolutions with partner teams.
