Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Solutions Engineer to clearly explain our products and services to customers, primarily on the post-sales side, and to collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales advice. This LATAM-focused role requires fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.

The position is hybrid, with in-office days in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL, and the successful candidate will guide customers through implementation, support sales, and share knowledge across engineering, product, and operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Sales Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac environments.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work with global teams and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to customers and prospects.
• Guide customers through NinjaOne implementation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with sales to understand requirements and provide sales support.
• Partner with account management to meet customer needs.
• Manage a set schedule (8 am–5 pm) with rotating on-call responsibilities.
• Respond promptly to tickets and support calls with accurate follow-ups.
• Troubleshoot Windows-related issues and collaborate with engineering for fixes.
• Share knowledge with partner teams via knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to the design of NinjaOne consulting processes.
