NinjaOne is seeking a LATAM Sales Development Representative to engage with our largest customers in the LATAM region from Austin/Tampa. You will educate clients, qualify leads, and build relationships using a consultative phone approach.

You’ll work with Salesforce to track activities and opportunities, thriving in a fast-paced, globally connected team. The role requires fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask across tools while prioritizing

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Proven track record of meeting outbound call targets.
• Comfortable in an international environment and with a tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pre-defined top customers and build relationships.
• Qualify leads within the LATAM region via phone and email.
• Document activities and update opportunities in Salesforce.
