Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a LATAM Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment for Manufacturing and Commercial roles across Latin America. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with regional business needs.

The role covers Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Colombia, Chile, and Brazil, requiring strong market insights, proactive pipelines, and effective communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or Psychology.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
• 4+ years recruiting experience, LATAM focus preferred.
• Knowledge of LATAM labor markets and local practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for LATAM roles across manager and professional levels.
• Develop and execute search strategies; source via networking, referrals, social media.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present qualified hires to managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define strategies and timelines.
