Job summary

J.P. Morgan's Latin America Private Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate to build and deepen client relationships across Private Banking products in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

You will be the primary contact for service-related needs, coordinating with advisors, product partners and operations to deliver seamless service and solutions. Required qualifications include FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and fluent Portuguese.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required or must obtain within 90 days.
• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization under tight deadlines.
• College degree or equivalent client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions.
• Adhere to controls, FINRA regulations and protect client assets from fraud.
• Collaborate with client facing teams and internal groups to deliver client transactions.
• Identify opportunities to engage clients with additional products and digital platforms.
