You will serve as the primary point of contact for all service related needs of a Private Banking client, working with advisors, product partners and operations teams to deliver a seamless, integrated approach across all Private Banking products. Qualifications

• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required or to be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Fluent Portuguese communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on requests, inquiries and transactions such as money movement, security transfers, and loan transactions.
• Adhere to the firm’s controls, procedures and FINRA regulations; protect client assets against fraud.
• Collaborate with client facing teams and internal groups to deliver client transactions.
• Identify opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and digital platforms.
