Job summary

Terrific is building the next generation of social commerce with AI-powered hiring, onboarding, and operations across LATAM. The People & Operations Lead will own LATAM processes—from recruiting to contractor administration—and serve as the bridge to headquarters in Tel Aviv.

You will work with a small regional team, partner with executives, and implement scalable playbooks for hiring, onboarding, and offboarding while driving data and process improvements across Mexico City and the region.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in people operations, HR, or operations in a startup or scale-up.
• Hands-on recruiting with screening, scheduling, and offers.
• Experience supporting a sales-focused or brands/retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run LATAM hiring end-to-end in our ATS (Lever) with timely candidate communications.
• Source talent via inbound, referrals, and regional pipelines across LATAM.
• Onboard LATAM hires: contracts, equipment, tool access, HRIS records, first-week plans.
• Administer contractor work across LATAM: templates, invoicing cadence, payments.
• Maintain LATAM office base in Mexico City: workspace and events.
• Build and report on headcount, funnel, time-to-hire, and cost per hire.
