Job summary

On LATAM is seeking a highly collaborative leader to serve as Head of Growth & Expansion, LATAM. You will drive the future footprint across Latin America and the Caribbean, supporting both direct and distributor markets within an omnichannel strategy and acting as the region’s voice in global forums.

You will orchestrate regional GTM, champion AI initiatives, and lead complex, confidential initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with regional growth targets and бренд

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, business development, PMO, or strategic expansion in relevant industries.
• Proven ability to navigate a highly matrixed global organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong track record in omnichannel GTM, digital/AI projects, and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Represent LATAM as the primary voice in global and regional forums.
• Coordinate omnichannel strategy across direct and distributor markets.
• Lead integrated regional GTM processes for Brazil, Mexico, and distributor markets.
• Spearhead AI initiatives to improve operations and customer experiences.
• Drive launch and scaling of new product categories in LATAM.
• Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end as central PMO hub.
• Develop robust regional business cases for expansion and new channels.
• Support regional rollout of global initiatives and new business verticals.
• Align regional Long-Range Plans with financial and brand targets.
