Netflix seeks a Specialist in accounting and payroll to join our LATAM payroll team. Based in Alphaville, Brazil, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll accounting across LATAM countries, liaising with finance, tax and IT, and supporting US GAAP, Local GAAP & IFRS analyses.

Responsibilities include managing payroll processes, preparing accounting files, reconciling accounts, maintaining documentation, and driving process improvements while staying compliant with evolving payroll rules.
