Job summary

LemFi is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Africa product roadmap across corridors, launches, and partnerships. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and business development to shape payments in Africa.

You will work with local partners to unlock better rails, analyze markets like Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and translate on-the-ground insights into strategy. This is a high-ownership role with real impact.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in fintech/payments with shipped products.
• Deep familiarity with African payments ecosystem and cross-border money movement.
• Strong data instincts and ability to build business cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, executives, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own Africa product roadmap end to end, including corridors and new markets.
• Drive partnerships with local partners, aggregators, and payment networks.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship improvements quickly.
• Synthesize feedback and analytics into a clear product narrative.
