Job summary

TripleTen LATAM seeks an ORM Consultant to monitor brand sentiment across forums and social platforms, especially in LATAM markets. You will craft and implement reputation strategies, respond professionally to feedback, and collaborate with marketing and support to align messaging.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in ORM or community management, strong Spanish communication skills, and experience with social listening tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ORM, community management, or a related field.
• Excellent written communication in Spanish; English is a plus.
• Experience with forum-based and community platforms (Reddit, Quora, niche communities).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and manage time independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor brand mentions across social media, forums, and online communities.
• Consult on reputation management to foster neutral and positive discussions.
• Respond to negative reviews professionally, de-escalating conflicts.
• Develop and implement ORM strategies for LATAM markets.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support to align messaging and address recurring complaints.
• Prepare regular reports on sentiment trends, share of voice, and KPIs.
