TripleTen Indonesia is seeking an ORM Consultant to manage brand perceptions across various platforms and foster positive discussions in communities. Responsibilities include monitoring social brand mentions, responding to feedback, and collaborating with teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has over 2 years' experience in ORM and excellent communication skills in Spanish. This role offers flexible project-based cooperation and potential for long-term collaboration as ORM efforts are scaled.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ORM or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms relevant to LATAM.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor brand mentions across social media and online communities.
• Respond to negative reviews professionally to de-escalate conflicts.
• Prepare reports on brand sentiment trends and reputation KPIs.

Skills

Experience with forum-based platforms

Social listening tools knowledge
