Job summary

A dynamic recruitment agency is seeking a skilled Transaction Analyst/Finance Manager to drive Mergers & Acquisitions initiatives in Latin America. This role involves financial analysis, target screening, and collaboration with various teams to develop acquisition strategies. Ideal candidates will have proven M&A experience within a multinational setting, strong financial modeling skills, and knowledge of the Latin American market, with fluency in English as well as proficiency in Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in M&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles within a multinational environment.
• Solid understanding of financial modeling and due diligence processes.
• Knowledge of the Latin American market and experience working across multiple countries in the region preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, Proficiency in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support research activities to help identify potential acquisition targets and compile target lists based on defined criteria.
• Assist in preparing financial models and simple valuations to assess the financial health and strategic fit of acquisition prospects.
• Support the design of transaction structures and contribute insights to inform acquisition approaches.
• Develop clear materials for internal reviews and investment committees.
• Collaborate with teams across Legal, Finance, Development, and Operations.
