Job summary

Morgan Stanley's New York office is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join the Latin America Coverage Group. The successful candidate will work with regional and international clients on a range of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, restructurings, recapitalizations, and leveraged buyouts.

You will collaborate with senior professionals, demonstrate strong English and Spanish communication, and bring a track record in executing deals

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese a plus.
• 6+ years in investment banking, or MBA with 4+ years on complex deals.
• Strong written/verbal communication and client relations.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CFA assets are a plus; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex transactions across M&A, restructurings, and capital markets.
• Collaborate with regional and international clients and Morgan Stanley teams.
• Deliver high-quality advisory services and execution support.
