Job summary

BingX, a leading crypto exchange and Web3 AI company, is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth strategies and engage with key opinion leaders in the crypto space. In this role, you will formulate business plans and negotiate partnerships to elevate trading volumes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development or sales and a deep understanding of crypto markets. Proficiency in English and Spanish/Portuguese is essential while working in a diverse and international environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business development plans, and assist the team in completing the introduction, negotiation, cooperation and signing of business cooperation projects
• Contact, negotiate and close profitable deals with potential KOL
• Support KOL and design special campaigns to increase KOL trading volume
• Build partnerships with key opinion leaders or crypto projects, promote cooperation with each other
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOL/clients

Requirements

• Experience in Business Development/Sales is preferred
• Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about achieving results
• A good understanding of crypto markets is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Spanish/Portuguese is essential
