Job summary

BingX, a leading crypto exchange and Web3 AI company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand partnerships with KOLs and crypto projects. You will identify new markets, negotiate deals, and drive cooperation across global teams in a fast-paced FinTech/Web3 environment.

You will engage in planning, campaigns, and relationship-building with KOLs and clients, contributing to BingX's growth and global reach while leveraging your expertise in crypto markets and multilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or a relevant role.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business development plans, assist the team to complete the introduction, negotiation, cooperation and signing of business cooperation projects
• Contact, negotiate and close profitable deals with potential KOL
• Support KOL and design special campaigns to increase KOL trading volume
• Build partnerships with KOL or crypto projects, promote cooperation with each other
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Build long‑term relationships with new and existing KOL/clients
