Deutsche Bank AG in Miami, FL is hiring a Client Service Officer (Associate) for LATAM Institutional Client Coverage. The role supports ICT clients across Latin America, with emphasis on trade finance and TFFI products, delivering proactive, timely service in English and Spanish or Portuguese.

You will collaborate with TFFI, Cash, and Trade Operations, ensuring accurate client setup, issue resolution, and governance-compliant service delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional client service or transaction banking.
• Knowledge of trade products and processes (LCs, guarantees, collections).
• Proficiency with AI tools in a professional context and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day service contact for ICT clients in Latin America, in English and Spanish/Portuguese.
• Support inquiries across transaction-banking products, focusing on trade finance and TFFI.
• Coordinate with TFFI, Cash and Trade Operations to resolve issues and communicate with clients.
• Assist client setup and service readiness across products and channels; ensure smooth transition from implementation to after-sales service.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Implementation, AFC, Operations to meet client needs and governance standards.
• Document client activity and monitor inquiries using service-tracking systems.
