Deutsche Bank AG in Miami seeks a Client Service Officer (Associate) for LATAM Institutional Client Coverage. You will support ICT clients across Latin America, focusing on trade finance and TFFI; collaborate with product, sales, operations, and control functions to ensure timely, accurate service.

You will be the primary service contact, handling inquiries in English and Spanish or Portuguese, and using AI-enabled tools responsibly to enhance delivery while protecting data and compliance.

Competenze

• Experience in institutional client service across LATAM is preferred.
• Knowledge of trade finance and TFFI operations is beneficial.
• Fluent English; professional Spanish and Portuguese proficiency required.
• Experience with AI tools in a professional environment is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Act as the day-to-day service contact for ICT clients across Latin America, providing proactive, consistent, and high-quality support in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Support client inquiries and service requirements across transaction-banking products, with emphasis on trade finance and TFFI-related items.
• Coordinate with TFFI, Cash and Trade Operations to resolve issues and communicate with clients clearly.
• Support client setup, maintenance, and service readiness across products and channels.
• Document client activity in tracking systems and assist with management reporting.
• Follow up on complaints and escalations to drive timely resolution and improvement.
