Job summary

WD-40 Company is seeking a Finance Manager for Latin America to partner with regional leadership and drive financial planning, forecasting, and decision support across LATAM markets.

You will build and analyze robust Excel models, support commercial options, and guide cross-functional teams in pricing, sourcing, and investments while leading planning and reporting for the LATAM segment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience supporting commercial operations.
• Strong understanding of cost behavior (fixed vs. variable) and COGS forecasting and variance analysis.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with user-friendly Excel models for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial decision support and ad-hoc projects for LATAM.
• Oversee intercompany COGS analysis and transfer price reviews.
• Monthly internal reporting and quarterly closing packages.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting activities for LATAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support tax considerations.
