Clarins Group is seeking an Area Manager for LATAM based in Panama to drive business development for the Clarins brand with equity and sustainability in mind. You will support export growth through sales administration and marketing coordination within a defined geographic area to maximize profitability and market share.

You are a customer‑oriented, results-driven professional with bilingual English/Spanish, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and knowledge of luxury beauty sales.

Qualifications

• 3 year(s) of experience in Business, Intl. Business or Business Economics.
• Knowledge of commercial sales in luxury beauty or cosmetics.
• Communication and presentation.
• Time management, organization and analytics.
• Negotiation and relationship management.
• Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Distributor Management & Sales Growth, own the commercial relationship with LATAM distributors.
• Market Development, expand the brand footprint in LATAM per country.
• Brand & Marketing execution, deploy trade marketing plans.
• Operations & Reporting, lead planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Travel & Field visits, connect with markets to monitor performance.
