Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. seeks an Ethics & Compliance Manager to lead due diligence for global M&A and to act as the LATAM business partner (excluding Brazil).

You will coordinate with legal, regulatory, and business leaders, while guiding third parties such as law firms and consultants to ensure compliant integration after close. Requirements include fluency in English and Spanish, extensive compliance experience in life sciences, and a track record of international work.

Qualifications

• Ethics, compliance and/or legal experience in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of foreign healthcare fraud and abuse laws; data privacy; transparency reporting.
• International experience in regulatory contexts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ethics & compliance due diligence for global M&A deals, pre- and post-close integration.
• Advise on contract provisions, risk indicators and remediation plans.
• Oversee third-party engagement, budgets, and reporting to executives.
