Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with LATAM HR across Commercial and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR strategies, needs assessments and human capital solutions for LATAM.
• Lead executive talent reviews, succession planning and leadership bench strength.
• Coordinate compensation planning and division incentive handling across countries.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR programs with operating plans.
