Job summary

LillyDirect is seeking a visionary Product Management leader for LATAM, guiding strategy, development, and execution of our digital portfolio. This remote-eligible role shapes customer experiences and drives KPIs across desktop, mobile, and app touchpoints.

You will partner with design, engineering, and operations to create scalable solutions, stay ahead of market needs, and champion the consumer voice in all decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading consumer product portfolios at high-growth e-commerce/Direct-to-Consumer.
• Extensive experience partnering with engineering teams.
• Experience evaluating third-party solutions and engaging with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a bold LATAM product strategy, roadmap, timeline, and requirements.
• Align initiatives with CSAT/NPS impact and business outcomes across a portfolio of products.
• Foster a team-first culture and collaborate with business, ops, engineering, design, and vendors.
• Partner with LATAM market leads to translate goals into a compelling product vision.
• Collaborate with design/engineering to ensure scalable, user-centered solutions.
• Represent LATAM product vision in industry forums and thought leadership.
