Job summary

LillyDirect is seeking a visionary Product Management leader to define and execute the digital product portfolio strategy across EMEA, driving core KPIs and consumer loyalty. The role requires launching consumer digital health products within complex healthcare systems and coordinating with engineering, design, and operations teams.

The successful candidate will champion the consumer voice, ensure scalable technical solutions, and align product work with private-prescribing and online pharmacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading consumer product portfolios at high-growth e-commerce or D2C.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Experience evaluating third-party solutions and working with external vendors.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a bold EMEA product strategy, roadmap, timeline, and requirements.
• Align product initiatives with CSAT/NPS goals and business outcomes across multiple products.
• Lead and represent the product team with cross-functional partners (engineering, design, operations).
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ensure scalable, user-centered solutions.
• Stay updated on new technologies and third-party solutions to augment the roadmap.
