Job summary

LillyDirect is seeking a visionary Product Management leader to drive the strategy, development, and execution of our digital product portfolio across the United States. This senior role shapes experiences for consumers, aligns roadmaps with CSAT and business outcomes, and leads collaboration across design, engineering, and external partners.

Remote-eligible, with regular overlap with Silicon Valley and Indianapolis teams, this role requires deep experience in consumer digital health,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading consumer product portfolios in a high-growth e-commerce or direct-to-consumer company.
• Extensive experience partnering with engineering teams.
• Experience evaluating third-party solutions and engaging with external vendors.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a bold product strategy and roadmap across the LillyDirect consumer portfolio.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Partner with external vendors and health-system partners to inform roadmap and priorities.
• Advocate for user experience and accessibility throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive CSAT/NPS impact and monitor consumer KPIs across products.
• Represent product vision in industry forums and thought leadership.
