Eli Lilly and Company seeks a visionary Product Management leader for LillyDirect LATAM, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution across consumer digital products. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and operations to reduce friction and build lasting consumer loyalty in LATAM.

This remote-eligible role welcomes candidates across the United States, with regular overlap with our Silicon Valley and Indianapolis teams. A company bonus and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated experience leading consumer product portfolios at high-growth e-commerce/DC companies
• Extensive experience partnering with engineering teams
• Experience evaluating third-party solutions and engaging with external vendors
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsabilités

• Define and implement LATAM product strategy, roadmap, timeline, and requirements.
• Foster a team-first culture and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Translate goals into a compelling product vision for LATAM markets.
• Understand LATAM consumer journeys across desktop, mobile, app, chat, and email.
• Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, modular solutions and privacy compliance.
• Engage with LATAM market leads and external vendors to drive roadmap priorities.
