Job summary

Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, seeks a Customer Training Specialist to help customers adopt Vincent & vLex solutions. You will design and deliver training, support onboarding, and partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to create an outstanding customer experience.

Based in Mexico, you will tailor content for the Mexican market and LATAM, deliver sessions in virtual and in-person formats, and develop guides, videos, and webinars; join a hybrid workspace with

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Training, Customer Success, Enablement, or Corporate Training.
• Native or fluent Spanish and strong English (B2+).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and e-learning/LMS tools.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and advanced training sessions for customers in virtual and in-person formats.
• Customize training content to meet the needs of the Mexican legal market and corporate customers.
• Create learning materials, including guides, videos, webinars, and other educational resources.
• Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, and Sales teams to improve customer adoption and engagement.
• Monitor training effectiveness and customer adoption using HubSpot and other internal tools.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve training programs and product adoption.
• Support product launches by delivering webinars and enablement sessions.
• Help ensure a smooth transition from implementation through long-term customer success.
• Expand training support to Academic and Government customers and other LATAM markets.
