Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Compliance Leader to own LATAM regulatory engagement and to guide a network of MLROs across multiple markets. You will embed compliance into product launches, strategic decisions, and market expansions to ensure robust risk management.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in financial services/crypto compliance, LATAM expertise, and fluency in Spanish and English, with CAMS/FIBA certifications preferred. The role reports to senior leadership in a global, diverse culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Deep LATAM regulatory knowledge and relationships.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; CAMS/FIBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior compliance authority and lead regulator engagement across LATAM jurisdictions.
• Lead, develop, and coordinate a team of MLROs and compliance professionals across multiple markets.
• Embed compliance requirements into strategic decisions, product launches, and market expansions.
